A white silhouette of a boy and girl is set against a blue-green background which is cut by a dramatic gradient of light. The children cast long, dark shadows. The ominous caption reads:

This poster, circa 1950, was designed by Bruce Angrave for the ROSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents). Angrave was a member of the Society of Industrial Artists and enjoyed success as an illustrator, designer and sculptor, notable for his geometric graphic style.
